What if my frame gets damaged by the courier on the way to you or on the way back to me?

To date we have not experienced any incidents for frame only shipment to and from using regular couriers.  This includes Australia Post.  Insurance cover is in place for damage incurred from Workshop to Customer.  The risk for damage in transit from Customer to the Workshop is the Customer’s risk.  Do not stress, should the unthinkable occur repairs are possible. The risk of damage in transit seems to be higher when it is a complete bike and be carried as air cargo / baggage.
